Tapes that are used in a library or autoloader environment are cataloged
and sorted by robotic systems, employing the use of a laser to distinguish
which tape is which. In order for the robotic arm to read a tape,
there must be a barcode label applied to the side of the cartridge,
which identifies the media and the data it contains. While many
